I-Terminology
This website is owned and operated by INNAJA, Germany. The following terms have the following meanings: "You", "your" and "User" refer to all individuals accessing this site. "We", "Us" refer to INNAJA and "Website", "Site" refer to http://www.innaja.org and http://innaja.org, "Service" refer to whatever provided to you, user on the INNAJA Site, & by INNAJA members.
II-Copyrights
1. You agree to:
(a) Abide by all copyright notices, trademark legends, author attributions, and other proprietary notices.
(b) Make no modifications to the materials on the Site.
(c) Not download quantities of materials to a database that can be used to avoid future downloads from the Site Except as may be permitted by law, you are required to obtain permission from the copyright owner before reusing any copyrighted material on the Site. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading material from the Site. In the event you download software from the Site, the software, including any files, images incorporated in or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software (collectively, the "Software") are licensed to you by INNAJA or third party licensors for your personal, non-commercial use only. We do not transfer title of the Software to you. You own the medium on which the Software is recorded, but we (or third party licensors) retain full and complete title to the Software and all intellectual property rights therein.
